A leading framework was established to facilitate the successful growth of a Commercial Facilities Management firm. With a robust system, the company attracted numerous bidders and the business was sold.
1997
Trade Consultancy, brought to existence.
Stephen and a team of key players embark on into consultancy, leveraging their proven systems to support businesses within the industry. Their singular goal is clear: “transform businesses across the UK, one Director at a time.”
2000
The partnership behind the business and the brand
The company built a strong reputation in consultancy and coaching, establishing partnerships across major business departments. This collaborative approach empowered construction companies to effectively manage critical areas of their operations.
2005
The dawn of the digital revolution.
As technology rapidly took over, we swiftly embraced it by implementing formal systems into business and implementing software's that completely transformed our operations and revolutionised the industry.
2007
From consultancy to practice delivery.
We began developing our solutions in-house, transitioning from a consultancy-focused approach to one that included implementation. This developed even stronger relationships with our clients, ultimately leading to improved results.
2015
A new generation of leadership
Stephen appoints his children as co-CEOs, combining a profound understanding of the company's legacy with a forward-thinking vision. Together, they aim to empower business owners in creating both fulfilling lives and successful enterprises.
2019
Company evolution & digital focus
The company evolves and officially adopts the name Saint Construction Support, emphasising our commitment to the construction and built environment. This transition marks our shift to a fully virtual, 100% digital operation, enhancing our service delivery and accessibility.
2020
Development of the Saint Ambassador Foundation
We established Saint Ambassador to support young talent into the construction industry and highlight the stories of unsung heroes. This initiative aims to inspire the next generation while celebrating the contributions of those who often go unnoticed.
